1. Agreeing to these Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please leave the site.

2. Minimum age

This website and our resort are meant for adult guests aged 18 and over only. By confirming your age on the entry page you affirm that this is accurate. We may ask for photographic identification when you arrive.

3. Bookings and payment

• Every reservation depends on availability and confirmation.
• Prices appear in EUR and include statutory VAT where applicable; city tax and gratuities may be additional.
• A valid credit card is needed to hold a reservation. Full payment is collected on departure unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is charged; no-shows are charged the full stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

5. Guest conduct

We may decline service or end a stay if a guest puts staff or other guests at risk, damages property, ignores our gaming rules, or otherwise breaches reasonable standards of behaviour.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our property is governed by International law and is available solely to guests aged 18 and over. We encourage responsible play; self-exclusion and limits can be set up at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We take every reasonable step to keep the premises safe. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property rights

All material on this website (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Evergreenpinewoodoasis or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and related intellectual-property laws.

This website may include links to third-party sites. We accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
